It's not the same stuff you get in a store. Ground Beef usually has different types of labeling based on how much real meat is in it, etc or if it has other additives. For example, the so called Pink Slime I mentioned (and some schools still use) is mostly the leftovers from all the trimmings etc all compacted. THEN it is treated with ammonia, yes, ammonia, it's just mixed in there with it (to get rid of germs etc, but you're still ending up eating it.) Anyway, if you go to the supermarket, it usually lists what grade beef stuff is, the less the grade, the cheaper it probably is, 93/7 means like 93 percent beef, 7 percent other stuff, etc.
