Welcome to the mass red vs blue battle. Just grab your blue shot gun and fire away. There is only 2 rules.

1. You can only use blues on the current mystery that is trying to be solved. If players feel completely stumped at some point we can skip the current mystery and move on, coming back to this mystery at a later time.

2.Try to use at most only 2-3 blues in one post please.

But don't worry there is no limit to number of posts, blues, reds, or pages, so just guess away.

At Beatrice (Shannon's) command a flock of golden butterflies appeared in front of Rosa and Maria and both of them clearly saw them go straight to Maria's rose, ignoring all the other roses.

Since I denied magic, I'll say they were Ghost Butterflies. And Shannon made a pact with the spirit world so she could control them. (Ghosts are paranormal not magic)

Rosa is crazy, or maybe delusional.
If not then maybe the "ghosts" were just a well made effect that tricked Maria, and her mother just didn't wanted to end with her fantasy

Of course a person with an objective view can be tricked. Having an objective point of view just means they can't see fantasy.

Rosa was not drugged. Rosa may not be that smart, but that doesn't explain this by human means. They have an objective POV while they can be tricked into thinking it was magic or so on, they had to have seen something.

Anyways, Shannon could have sprayed something into Rosa without her to notice. They could be attracked to sugar, like Maria's Candy.

You more or less have it.
Butterflies can be trained to only land a certain colors. These butterflies were trained to land on the color of Maria's dying rose. Rosa was also wearing that same color, so they landed on her. They were attracted to Rosa's new sweet smelling perfume that she was using. And Shannon used the same sweet smell on the rose to make them go right to it. While Rosa was reading the dropped letter Shannon sprayed more sweet perfume to make the butterflies follow her out of sight.

Alright, if I remember correctly the letter in the parlor was not found until the end, so until you deny it this is the truth!
Somebody from the mansion was the culprit, he/she or they locked the doors using the resting master key than they later put on the third letter
Also, if you wanna make me believe in magic/ghosts/make my bite my navel, it would be nice if you confirmed in red a list of all the keys involved in this closed room, and their positions.

Kanon's key is in lounge.
It never left the bag until after the corpses vanished.
(it: kitchen key)
The kitchen key was first taken out in the scene when the corpses are discovered to be missing.
When Battler and Shannon arrived at the kitchen door, both doors were locked.
Pantry door can't lock, and in the map I made for Anon, there are only 2 other doors.
When Battler and Shannon arrived at the kitchen door to find the corpses missing for the first time, all entrances to the kitchen were locked.
All windows are enterances and exits.
If a human corpse-mover Y exists, then Y would have been the one to lock the exit(s) Y used to move the corpses.
Why do you have a toad there?

The culprit (Jessica) had a key that could lock the kitchen door(s) after moving corpses somewhere else. She used this key to construct the closed room.

Indeed. Next.

All windows that could serve as exits, were boarded up.

Since the sunroom window did serve as an exit, it goes without saying that it could serve as an exit, meaning that the sunroom window was, indeed, boarded up. However,

If a window is still boarded up a human can not leave through that window.

Definition check: When you said, Eva and Hideyoshi's corpses have no wounds anywhere on their bodies. Were you returning to external, internal or both types of wounds?

Blue truths:

Eva and Hideyoshi died from the same method, weapon etc.

Eva and Hideyoshi died from an induced, sudden, excessive amount of shock/fear/exhilaration.

Eva and Hideyoshi died from an excessive consumption of drugs.

Eva and Hideyoshi drank or were forced to drink acid, melting their insides.

Eva and Hideyoshi swallowed small bombs, strong enough to damage their organs sufficiently enough to kill yet leaving their external appearances intact.

Eva and Hideyoshi died from disembowelment aka evisceration. This could be accomplished by stuffing a vacuum cleaner up their rectums, sucking out their internal organs/intestines in the process.

Eva and Hideyoshi were locked up in rooms with low oxygen content, killing them without any external damage.

Acupuncture was used to kill them. From what little knowledge I have, I believe it could be used to heal or kill in the hands of an expert.

Eva and Hideyoshi sustained internal injuries, probably due to hand-to-hand combat.

Lastly, they were murdered utilizing a trick from a certain Visual Novel.

For this context, let's use Eva as an example. A large clyster syringe filled with urine was stuffed up her rectum while various "fluids" were forced down her throat as well. While raping her, Culprit X proceeded to conduct multiple enemas on Eva. Afterwards, the remaining alive Ushiromiya men proceeded to relieve and entertain themselves with this pathetic excuse of a cum-dump. Chances are Hideyoshi got killed since he refused to join in. Eventually, Eva either died from the shock or from her exploded cells caused by osmosis.

During this game the window in the bathroom was never open.

During this game the only exists and entrances that have existed in Nanjo's room are the main one, that leads into the hallway, and the windows.

Congratz to Cake who figured out the answer.

The door was removed from the wall. And the culprit left the room this way. The red refering to how the door was locked and so on is pointless, since the door actually isn't blocking anything.

Next mystery: Krauss and Natsuhi's bodies vanishing.

Oh come on, this was not even subtle!
First than nothing, Erika dissapeared in the meta world, so I will for now assume she was murdered.
Now, Jessica is suspicious. She believed she witnessed Shannon killing Eva when her corpse was in Natsuhi room, also fantasy everywhere.
Then Jessica-like thing appeared and attacked battler and maria inside the delusions.
Futhermore Jessica was really angry with Erika and she had exclaimed she would kill the murdered.

On the other side, Rosa apparently have problems controlling herself, her name appeared inside of the boiler room and she pretended to don't understand that kaiji. Lastly, she found the gold (apparently), and talks with imaginary people (maybe).

You see, this game was quite fun, but it would not be respetable from my part if this gameboard didn't ended some day.
I was a bit stuck with the mastermind from the start, but after a pleasant night of thinking I got unto something, better than keeping in silence I think.

Anyways, this is the theory.
Krauss is the mastermind. The massacre started because Rosa found the gold. Because of the economics problems, they had already in search of it, but without avail.
Then stupid Rosa found the precious gold. And she escaped from an early death. There was no other way but too wipe everyone on this island.
Krauss, being the master of the mansion could easily lure all the servants and kill them without problem, Kanon become an accomplice with the promise of being admited to the family.
The first twilight was quite easy, the key and doors trick was already explained. How Eva and Hideyoshi died? I still have no idea, but they probably killed Kanon in self defense. Kyrie and Kinzo murder is no problem as well. Being the master of the mansion removing a door would be not a problem, neither using a trap to kill Maria.

Anyways, that's my first call Rosa! Otherwise Natsuhi could be the mastermind or an accomplice at least, using basically the same hints, even more Eva was find dead inside of her room!

I'm getting in despair you see, but this will my last stupid guess, if this is not correct I don't know what is right or wrong anymore!
You have already denied in red other people, but I want to summarize it on a single post.
Jessica is the mastermind.
George is the mastermind.
Krauss is the mastermind.
Natsuhi is the mastermind.
Erika is the mastermind. (derp)
Shannon is not the mastermind. (double derp)

Well, we already know that, but please deny it again, just to be sure.
Anyways, my new theory is this.
Ushiromiya Battler is the mastermind!
He could not handle to see Shannon being in love with George! Even Mach said it!
So he teamed out with Jessica, and it was mentioned Jessica knew something that could put Natsuhi in problems!
How was this hinted, well Battler doesn't have an alibi for several of the twilights, he doesn't have an objective point of view, when he was making the table of alibis he didn't included himself and more importantly, Mach hint.
Mach hint was about that game where the people bullying the demon are actually the demons, and he say this to Battler.
