Everything has been put together here and organized for maximum ease of use:

Step 0: Download the above, unrar it.
Step 1: Run the program in the Step 1 folder, this will download the character builder.
Step 2: Run the program in the Step 2 folder, this will update your Cbuilder. Make sure to specify the directory to which you installed the program in Step 1. Be absolutely sure of this, because it may try to install in a different directory (Program Files as opposed to Program Files x86 or vice versa), which will not work.
Step 3: Move the files in the Step 3 folder into the CBuilder directory.
Step 4: Run the "CharacterBuilderLoader.exe" file. It will take some time to download all the custom content the first (and perhaps second) time you load it.
Step 5: That should be it. Remember, always open it using the CharacterBuilderLoader.exe and not the default Cbuilder file.

Wizard Attack 1 Watery Sphere

A single water droplet expands to overtake your enemies, trapping them inside an enormous watery sphere.

Daily Arcane, Implement, Transmutation, Zone
Standard Action Area burst 1 within 10 squares

Target: Each creature in the burst

Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex

Hit: The target is immobilized and grants combat advantage (save ends both).

Miss: You must slide the target up to 3 squares to a square adjacent to the burst.

Effect: The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of your next turn. The zone is difficult terrain, and it grants partial cover to creatures on opposite sides of it. You can use a move action to move the zone up to 3 squares. If you do so, any creatures immobilized by this power and in the zone slide up to 3 squares, staying inside the zone. When a creature enters the zone or starts its turn there, you can use an immediate reaction to make the attack against that creature.

Sustain Minor: The zone persists until the end of your next turn.

Speaker of Xaos paragon path is pretty neat: increase your burst/blast by 1 (ON A DAILY), or add 1 to the number of targets. Swordmage Shielding Fire on 2 enemies. GG.

OK wait, it can use knives. Probably something wrong with the file maybe. Looks like Elementalist better optimised to knife-ganking enemies: elemental escalation adds damage to your at-will power, and fire elementalist adds 1d6 to the damage, so you get your curse damage on top of the boost Sorcs already get. That's pretty crazy.

1d10+14 damage on a level 7 with elemental bolts (RBAs!), +1d6 from Fire Elementalist, +1d10 and 1 more target from Escalation (usable only once per round but up to thrice per encounter at level 13).

Statted out a tiefling fire elementalist, level 11:

1 Weapon of Speed +2
1 Weapon of Speed +1
Speaker of Xaos Paragon Path
Bracers of Perfect Shot (heroic tier)

1d12+23 damage per elemental bolt, add 1d10+12 damage for Elemental Escalation, you can use Escalation once per turn, but you can fire off three bolts on your first turn. Attack roll of +16 against Reflex.

Add +1 damage against bloodied, add +1 attack against elementals. Reduce fire resistance by 5 on enemies who have resistance after you hit. Spend an AP to target one more enemy with your attack, and Elemental Escalation lets you do this as well.

Total of going nova on turn 1 and hitting with all attacks:

1 enemy hit for 1d12+23+1d6;1d12+22+1d6;1d10+12;1d12+23+1d6;1d12+23+1d6 damage. (Dicetool'd for 114 damage, which'd nearly bloody Cornelis in one turn, and subtracting 1d12+23+1d6, this can be done every encounter)
1 enemy hit for 1d12+23+1d6;1d10+12;1d12+23+1d6 damage.

Proposed actions:

Folka can keep engaging Sankis. Move away to safer ground on your turn in any case. Avoid the fire, it hurts. If you can move 9 to flank the tentacle demon it might be expedient to daze it.

Sureiya should charge the tentacle demon to get out of the whirlpool. Hit hard if you can and prepare to disruptive strike the tentacles monster; I'm worried about its thrash attack.

Torinn can do whatever. Stick to Sankis or something. We'll deal with the rest.

Revision:
Spent AP to Prone the Tentacle Demon. Folka spent his encounter daze to daze the Tentacle Demon.

Torinn faces down Sankis alone until we deal with the rest. Priority: tentacle demon, frog demon, Sankis, spirits; tentacle demon because it's the controller, frog because annoying zone, Sankis because elite. Spirits are least priority because damaging zone, and Myn + Bernkastel tagteam can keep them immobilised indefinitely so long as Myn keeps hitting, until they die. This seems the best plan to me to minimise the threat to us.

Also, apparently 408 Treasures article includes a wand that powers up Winged Horde and gives it fire elemental damage.

Now if I had eladrin sword wizardry I could treat my longsword as a wand... as-is, I don't think I'll take that wand.

Current plan, feel free to object:

Myn abstains from getting the darkspiral aura bonus, instead spreads his curse. This re-curses the bloodied flame spirit.

On his turn, Myn eldritch blasts the bloodied flame spirit and deals cold damage, taking care not to do 30 damage; that should not kill the flame spirit. We don't want that yet since we'd get caught in the explosion.

Myn then moves one square closer to Sankis and uses a Minor to curse him.

Bernkastel uses spirit infusion or her primordial to grant Myn an attack against the unbloodied flame spirit, which should let Myn deal cold damage again and immobilise it. Both flame spirits are now out of the picture.

Probably, Bern'll want to evac the zone.

On my turn I'll apply Winged Horde to Sankis to prevent his OAs and move away from the flame spirits. If one is wounded enough I can be convinced to Winged Horde or Grasping it so it explodes and dies.

Folka should re-engage Sankis, while Sureiya can opt to finish the frog, make a ranged attack against the flame spirits or attack Sankis, at his own discretion or to be determined when his turn comes.

This should reinforce Torinn in time and make Sankis the only thing really threatening our party, as immobilised flame spirits pose no threat to us. (provided Rin doesn't cheese up and make them ready actions to circumvent us immobilising them)

Sureiya should then be able to use the archon standing over Sankis to power his assault! I think this is honestly the best option for everyone, given the rest of the monsters are mostly harmless now.

They're immobilised, the both of them. Sariel stands clear and then we let them explode on George/Bern's next turn combi.

I CAN hit both of them with Grasping Shadows, but that doesn't stop 'em much if they decide to ready actions to make immobilise useless.

We can't quite fire on them now, especially since only two ranged attackers, so we'll have to rely on killing Sankis in a timely fashion.
