The culprit took an object and they used that to to prop the door open slightly when it was locked and closed.

The culprit killed the 5 and put their corpses in the storehouse. They then set one of the storehouse keys at the very left side of the door. They knew that the storehouse door was very sightly lopsided so the key would be able to hold the door up, while the culprit could still lock the door. After locking the door, the culprit slid and knocked the door keys into each other, causing both to enter the storehouse. The key that held up the door snapped from the built up strain after it was hit with the other key. The storehouse door then closed when the key was no longer holding it up.
