Cheer up. I'm sure if you visit a doctor, they'll have that cleared up quick enough.

The human middle ear is actually quite resilient.

I am bored, I am miserable, I am worried, and I am scared. Very scared. I do not want this to be permanent, but surgery is always frightening to me, even if it's something as innocuous as getting a cavity filled.

I'm just not having a good night.

Believe and think that it will be only temporal

if you manage to fully convice your mind I am sure that with certainty your ear will heal

Surgery sound scary indeed, but if you need it then it's worth it. If you are feeling down because of thinking in the surgery then better thing in how well you will feel when your ear get healed.

I've had a few bad experiences.

Like three botched ear surgeries. Three. Performed by somebody who was labeled as the best surgeon for the job there is. Can you understand why I'm hesitant about entrusting myself to such an experience again?

Indeed. It looks like an awful situation. And the mind have that nasty ability to make us be afraid of our past experiences. However accidents happen.
I have no way to change your mindset, but I can try to cheer you up. Would you like to play chess or something?

Well, I can understand. Similar experience here, hearing nerve in one ear was damaged at some point during care/surgery for it. So I wish you the best of luck in your situation, though I don't think it's going to get better on its own very quickly.

At this rate I'll have 1tb of anime.

It seems like a lot, but then you can get 2TB hard drives for a couple of cents nowadays.

I already have more than 1 TB and I've run out of space already, it's a pain in the ass. But I'm getting some money coming in soon so I'm going to buy a HUGE hard drive this time.

Tonight I had to free up some space in my anime folder that was taken up by inferior encodes and the like just so I could download new anime, I didn't even realize how close it had gotten to full. There were only about 100mb left.

As for my C drive, it'll fill up eventually, but generally I keep it around the same level by backing up games I'm no longer playing and installing them.

Soon I'll have to go out and get a couple of 2tb drives, one for my new D drive and one for backups of that drive. I guess I'll get a faster and bigger SSD at some point, but those are expensive.

I actually finished deleting a few series just recently, hence the 9 GB free space on that hard drive. I managed to free up 20 GB on my external and 15 GB on the other, but alas, I ended up filling those spaces as quickly as I had emptied them.

Clair asks 6 questions. If all 6 are answered correctly, then the result is the good end and the truth of the mystery is shown to you. If even 1 is wrong, you get the bad end, and the truth remains in darkness.

Then a simpler method, just look at the script file for the correct answers. Or just remove the whole question thing from the script and go right to the truth.
