I'll have to look that one up, it seems interesting.
All this talk of old games has reminded me of my childhood. One of my cousins was one of those hardcore gaming types, he had played anything and everything you could think of. He owned a SNES, Dreamcast, Sega Genesis, GameCube, PlayStation, Gameboy, Nintendo 64, and more recently, a Nintendo Wii, XBox 360 and PlayStation 3. Not to mention a PC and countless PC games.
Every time I would go to visit him he'd be playing a different game, sometimes an older game and sometimes a brand new game. I'd visit him every weekend and he'd let me play any game I wanted. I always looked forward to the weekends because it meant I'd get to go around to his place and play more games.
Years later he also introduced me to anime and manga. Whenever I went to visit him I'd get to play games, watch anime, read manga, man he was the biggest bro in the world. Of all my relatives I can't say I'm too fond of many of them, but he's always been the one guy I looked up to and thought very highly of. Since I never knew my father I suppose I must have viewed him as a replacement father figure, which explains how I came to grow so attached to him.
Ah-- but back to the point. I remember there was this game called Shenmue that I played quite frequently when I went to visit him, but I could never track down a physical copy, so ever since he moved to London I've not had a chance to play it again. I should download that and see if it's as good as I remember it being.
