Step 3: Acquire Hadouken.
Step 4: Hadouken Sigma's face.
There is no step 5.

It's more fun with hadouken. Otherwise I guess using chill pinguin against dog and spark mandrill against Sigma works. Sigma is disappointingly easy for a final boss.

In the first place, Mega Man X is disappointingly easy, with the only boss capable of even presenting some modicum of a challenge being armoured armadillo, provided you're doing an X-Buster only run. The rest of them are worthless.
