What kind of monitor and what plug does it use?
Is it only happening at certains resolutions/fps?
First, be sure to have the latest drivers, try to use the native resolution of the monitor when you play the problematic game, and also be sure its not an overheat problem, it's not likely to make the monitor shake, but who knows. But, Im 80% sure its a physical problem anyway. If you answer the 2 questions, I may be able to help more.

Dell ST2010B 1600x900 It uses a VGA plug but it's currently plugged into a VGA to DMI adapter.

No overheating issues, GPU is constantly at around 36 C.

Using 1600x900 native resolution the entire time. Shaking is subtle.

There you go, vga analog plugs often have that problem. It's most likely to be that, can you use the hdmi output? Or, try to change that Dvi adapter with a new one, can you remove the vga from the monitor or is it attached into it?

Making fake screenshots like the PS3 version is going to be harder than I figured. Also it turns out Ren'py's latest versions and Fraps don't get along very well, which makes me glad I'm still doing my real work in an earlier version.

Other than that, day's going alright.

Picture related (and obviously fake since I'm not even close to matching the PS3 UI).

Pretty much. I'm not sure why the PS3 sprites are so enormous though. Battler/Tohya are actually bigger than the resolution of the game. If you anchor the bottom of Battler's sprite at the bottom of the screen, half his head is off the top of it.

I've had to go for a 10% off-the-bottom anchor in most cases. This particular pose is a zoom though.

Need to figure out padding to get that character name box to be flush with the text box. Ah well.

Even if I don't like alchemist art at all I guess I can give you my opinion. That close up actually doesn't look that bad.
>> No. 70138 edit
Alchemist sprites have one advantage that initially seems like a huge disadvantage: Every particular pose is uniform, and only the face changes, meaning there's a very small area of variability between sprites.

Now on the one hand that makes it kinda lazy, as unlike Ryukishi's sprites you won't have head tilts etc. unless there's an entire pose for them. On the other hand, it makes zooms easier to do in a more uniform manner because I just have to ensure the character's face is centered in the sprite image by padding it with blank space. So even a weird leaning posture like Tohya's works as long as the middle of the sprite roughly bisects his face.

The Big Five is currently the most accepted personality model in the scientific community. The Big Five emerged from the work of multiple independent scientists/researchers starting in the 1950s who using different techniques obtained similar results. Those results were that there are five distinct personality traits/dimensions. Here are your results on each dimension:

Extroversion results were moderately low which suggests you are reclusive, quiet, unassertive, and private.

Orderliness results were medium which suggests you are moderately organized, structured, and self controlled while still remaining flexible, varied, and fun.

Emotional Stability results were high which suggests you are very relaxed, calm, secure, and optimistic.

Accommodation results were moderately high which suggests you are, at times, overly kind natured, trusting, and helpful at the expense of your own individual development (martyr complex).

Inquisitiveness results were moderately high which suggests you are intellectual, curious, imaginative but possibly not very practical.
