I wouldn't say its impossible. But it is highly unlikely, it just means Namco isn't fully done with Tales yet. They might not release either, but it is good to know that they at least are considering bringing them over. If Namco had not thoughts about bringing them over, then they would not file a patent. However like I said, a patent does not mean the game is coming out. It is still unlikely. I'm sure if Namco ever decides to actually to action (at least for hearts) They will contact the fan-translators and request them to stop. (Which hasn't happened yet, so don't get your hopes up.) And Namco already knows about the translation for Hearts, they even asked the group to help promote Graces's release.

They must have not expected much from Abyss anyway since that game is sold out fucking everywhere. For Tales of Graces, that's pretty damn good for a JRPG that looks super UGUU. Namco wants another FF though. Or at least it was that way before. (I can't blame them though since Symphonia sold like 500k before.)

Apparently the sales for Abyss's first week was better than what ToV and ToS2DoNW sound in their first week. So I think Graces might have had the best 1st week of the Tales game in US yet.

Apparently, ToS2 and TOV sold more than Abyss and Legendia did, so they sold better than all other tales games except ToS, and maybe the GBA (I forgot the name) and of course the ToW:RM.
