War elephants are considered to be somewhat overpowered in the Civ 4 community, I believe. They're usually banned in the Realms Beyond multi-player games I've seen.

I believe it is because they are STR 8 (+50% vs. Mounted) units that come with Construction, and there's just no good counter for them (aside from other war elephants) until Pikemen, STR 6 Units (+100% vs. Mounted, so effective STR 12 vs. Elephants), which require a much later technology (Engineering). Throw in the fact that they require a fairly rare luxury resource (Ivory), and it stands to reason the person who lays claim to that resource and gets out the elephants will have a significant advantage over anyone who doesn't have Ivory.

That's another reason I targeted Cyrus first. He had Ivory, and frankly I'm lucky he didn't build any War Elephants. Now his Ivory is mine.

The less frequent an appearance, the more valued it is.

99 is a miscellaneous folder. It contains all the characters that aren't named. Jessica's friends, The social worker, Kasumi's men, etc. It also has the lines were two (or more) characters talk at once. All of those start with awase. For example awase0033 is Bernkastel and Lambdadelta laughing at the end of the Ura Teaparty in ep4.

It was mostly with the older /seacats/ members and was part post apocalyptic (again) and part magic or something later on. The first part that I can remember was from a PoV of Ange's (or what my dream associated as Ange)where her and Lili eventually met up (being sisters or something like that) and ending up in a safe place in Paris wondering who they know that they could find next or something. (I think Astaroth was in this dream at some point but I don't remember.) That part was part apocalyptic. After some weird sidetracking from myself in the magic part of the dream, I ran into some evil looking fellow who helped me (and whoever was traveling with me) out. I think a person which my dream associated as Rosa was looking for us after we had to split up, (from the person with me and me) but the evil person we ran into earlier misled her into thinking we were evil or something, as did he to a certain person turned talking Lion. Midway through the fight as we almost beat that Lion (If you didn't figure it out, Astaroth.), some strange magical flashback thingy happened where Astaroth remembered how he got turned into that thing and the evil guy removing his hood and having horns and whatnot, and turning out to be an ancestor of mine who needs to sacrifice his blood relatives to live on or something. Anyway, not much more than that which I can remember. The part with Ange and Lili had more but I forgot.

Yeah zombie kanon gets a folder dispite it just being a copy of kanon's lines in ep2. The goat's 2 files are also as well found in 99. And that should be everyone that has folders. Also Eva-Beato and Eva's folders are actually duplicates. Nanjo's son also has nanjo's folder in his as well.

When you have added the beavoice in the 0.txt please save and close it.

For example, "bea 3050000456".
You can check if it worked on File -> Check list.

I'm probably the wrong person to comment on such a thing, but since you asked for an opinion, I'll give you mine anyway.

Rules exist for a reason. If they are broken, suitable punishment must be dealt. Keeping emotions out of the way is important because otherwise it would be much more difficult to stick to the rules. Do you understand what I mean by that? If rules are broken, then appropriate measures should be taken. If everyone was lenient about the rules just because they felt bad about it or felt sorry for the person on the receiving end of the punishment, then no rules would ever be upheld anywhere.
Keep matters of the head and matters of the heart one step away from each other. If you've abode by the rules then there's nothing to feel bad about, and worrying about it will only cause unnecessary grief.

On the other hand it could be argued that you've betrayed a friend of yours in some way. That thought might cause yourself or other people to look down on you, but personally I find the idea of such a thing laughable. Nobody should be able to tell you whether your decision was right or wrong, but at the same time, there is at least some kind of standard by which "right" and "wrong" can be objectively measured.
While I'm not qualified to say whether your decision was right or not, I can at least tell you that it wasn't wrong.

Take from that what you will.

If you have a position of power and you feel you can't handle it because of personal reasons it's not a bad idea quiting it. It's better than being a biased and still with power. That's just like my opinion.

Yes, an appointment with my psychiatrist. I've (finally) been prescribed some (rather strong) medication, so this is basically sort of a check-up to see how I'm handling it, I guess.
Truth be told, the stuff's horrible. Plus the side-effects are incredibly annoying and inconvenient, but I'll just have to put up with it while my body gets used to the stuff. Now that I'm on medication there's a possibility I'll also be getting some kind of financial support, so that'll be another worry off my mind for the time being.

Still no diagnosis, however. I'm not sure whether I should be worried or disappointed that even after all these months, they still haven't a clue which label to slap on me.

Wake up on Thursday, take my medication, read manga for a while, pay my psychiatrist a couple-hour visit then come home and watch anime/read VNs/books/manga before going to sleep, waking up in the early hours of the morning then repeating the same stagnant routine day after day without even the slightest deviation from what has become my norm.

Just a few years ago I'd have considered such a routine to be ridiculous and incredibly unhealthy, but now any thoughts like that are long gone. It's funny just how the human body is able to adapt to any situation and through repeated exposure, convince itself that just about any routine can be considered "ordinary" after it goes on for a long enough period of time.
