What I mean to say is that it's usually impossible to get away with it because everyone and their furniture has mod powers, and everyone knows when people go to sleep and wake up.

If anything, you should argue that it should apply to you because you'll see through it for different reasons. All the detective skills in the world won't help you unless you're constantly on the lookout, though.

And that's the easiest way for impersonation to work. You don't question immediately whether someone talking to you is the real thing or not unless there's some prior reason to think they aren't. Inconsistencies in the way they talk compared to usual will be glossed over. In the first place, most of those inconsistencies are things only the person being impersonated would actually notice. And that person is the one it's impossible to trick from the very beginning, so it's not of consequence.

To me, there are two possibilities. Either you overestimate my ability, or you are truly on a level so that I am a fitting rival, which makes fitting rivals a dime a dozen. Either way, there's no need for me.
