The way I see it, either I bust one of my high level Encounters to re-use Grasping Shadows this turn to put down some hurt and Slow things again, but the current enemy positions don't look like they need much Slowing. Winged Horde also doesn't look too useful unless you guys expect them OA'ing... damage is not too great.

I can Daze one though with my Wizard's Apprentice Power, and I can still Booming Blade one of the jerks for superior damage.

I can blow a daily too if you want but uuh, I still think it's manageable, we just need to take one of the Guardians out!

I'd move to argue that that would be an unpleasant state of affairs, as some are less inclined to use elevated diction and prefer to use colloquial speech to communicate their feelings and ideas. These people, however, are not worth less than those who choose to use a wider vocabulary.

Actually, that reminds me of this one boy I had in my class once. They'd just entered high school, and they were bewildered as children are wont to be.

Anyway, you know how schools and teachers love grading, so after two months or so, I gave a surprise test (I used to hate teachers who did that, and I went and became one myself!), complete with grades and all.

Well, one of these boys was rather unhappy, given how he had gotten a low grade on the test, but felt it wasn't really fair. He normally studied right before a scheduled test, and he did pretty okay, but he usually forgot everything a few weeks later.

I decided I'd talk to him since I don't want frowns in my classroom, and he said something I recall just now.
