Well that's good to hear, then. Getting sick is never fun, though it's more bearable when there's someone around to take care of you when you are feeling sick, wouldn't you agree~?

Anyway, I've kept missing you the past few days because I've been falling asleep before you're online. Even I get lonely every now and then without someone fun to talk to.

You said you have a test on Monday? You seem to be given a lot of tests quite frequently, I'd run out of patience if I had to go through that. So, what's this upcoming test on, anyhow?

Aaaawwww~
Why thank you~

Yes, this kind of scheduling is quite intense, so it's kind of hard to follow sometimes!
Besides maybe one or two weeks, I get tests and quizzes on the weekly bases.
The upcoming test is about Biological Anthrology, so my memory of biology from a few years back will help..~

I have problem just keeping a regular sleep schedule, so there's no way I'd be able to manage something like that...
On the other hand, I'm mostly self-taught in everything I know due to missing most of my years in high school. Plus I've always been able to pass tests without having to study, which may be partly down to luck, partly due to my natural intelligence, and the rest is always just common sense.
Incidentally, Biology was always the only branch of science that I wasn't very good at. Chemistry and Physics came naturally to me, but I never could get myself interested in Biology for some reason. Interestingly enough, one of my half-sisters is a brilliant toxicologist who studies all around the world. Sounds like a fairly interesting job if you ask me, though probably pretty difficult as well.

I'm a bit like that. I can't ever get anything done unless things are completely chaotic around me or if there's some kind of pressure on me, because it's those times that my brain works best at. That and, strangely enough, my brain tends to become more active the more tired I get, which normally means my thoughts are racing right as I'm trying to get to sleep.
I don't know why the hell this is or how it's even possible, but that's how it's been for as long as I can remember. The less sleep I've had, the more active my mind becomes.

>>11900
I thought it interesting to point out, but I've recently noticed that pretty much every character you've posted as here tends to be either my favourite or second favourite from their respective anime/VNs.

Also, Kaiji arc 3 is pretty good so far. This "Landmine Mahjong" game is fairly interesting... I just wish people would translate it faster! I've already finished volume 2, where's volume 3?!

Well, I think I got all that through the course of the story except that Chell was Caroline. I didn't pick up on any evidence for that, but I don't see any reason why it isn't possible.

Replaying parts of Portal 2!
>> No. 11907 edit
More like Caroline/Cave Johnson are Chell's adoptive parents. The Opera makes way more sense then. Bring your daughter to work day for Caroline makes little sense because Caroline already works for aperture science. And the day was supposed to occur after GLaDOS was already installed. GLaDOS develops feelings for Chell, but if Caroline is Chell, then she's both her murderer and the panging conscience in her head and I see that as only all the more reason for GLaDOS to hate her. Furthermore, you would think hearing Caroline's voice with invoke some reaction in Chell too, even with her possible brain damage.

If Chell is Caroline then her first name is fake, but in the Rattman comic her last name is redacted. This suggests her last name is something known to the player, and barring Rattman, the only possibility is Johnson.

Of course this raises some issues with Chell's age but ignore that because this is clearly something they came up with on the spot for Portal 2 that was not present in Portal 1 (if you listen to the commentary Chell and GLaDOS and the whole portal concept along with them weren't originally planned for Portal 2) and they always keep all their dates as up-in-the-air approximations. For the same reason, the dates of Portal and the Half Life franchises are a little iffy when they're supposed to take place in the same world.

There is plenty of hate for it if you look around and it's because of the blatant money-sucking that is the gesture/skin co-op store. This feature does not affect gameplay if you ignore it, but it is clearly just there to take advantage of the insane people who would be inclined to throw their money away on it. A "waste your money here" option.
>> No. 11909 edit
>>11907
Meant that chell's adoptive parents are Caroline and cave, and that Glados and Caroline eventually became one or something like that.

Also, the TF2 fiasco isn't just about hats, is that they give you random drop crates with items in them, which you have to buy keys for. (Which are a couple of bucks I think) Along with some weapons either being so rare or never dropping, you might as well buy them. (Or craft them, but I just end up with tons of crates, never items to break down.)

The morning is young and thy smile is like the sun. T'will be a fine day today, of that I'm sure~

A short while ago my cat was in the back garden staring menacingly at the gate. Ever curious that I am, I wandered out into the garden and noticed another cat on the other side of the gate. My cat's been fighting a lot lately so this time, I decided I'd frighten the other cat off before another fight started.
Thus, I proceeded to have a 20-minute-long staring match with a grey cat in the early hours of the morning, cup of tea in-hand and armed to the teeth with menacing glares! In the end, I just threw a cup of water in the cat's general direction and it fled without so much as a hiss or a growl.
