The group consisting in Gohda, Eriko 556, Ozaki and Referee started to head towards the mansion after they waved goodbye to Kinjo and Kumasawa. When they arrived at the front door, they were greeted by Genji, who took them to the parlor where all the members of the family were.
All the family sterted welcoming the unexpected guest passing from a warm greeting from the cousins to the cold and tense words of welcome from most of the adults. The servants just bowed and said a prefabricated words such as "Is a pleasure to meet you.".
-So -started Eva after the welcome- are you the mysterious guests that no one heard about?
-It seems so. -answered Referee- Although there's one more, Kinjo, still in the harbor with Kumasawa.
-And what is doing Kumasawa still in the harbor? -asked Natsuhi
-She said that she was going to check everything down there to be sure we're prepared for the thyphoon. -answered Gohda

After this declaration, Krauss grabbed what Referee offered to him and started examinating those objects, the more he examinated them the paler his face went.

When Ozaki made his queston the mood in the parlor changed. Some members of the family made a small grin while most of the servants made a very serious face. The only one that kept her previous mood was the little Maria, who was smiling as she was doin it before.
-Well, -started Genji- is a long story. You see at the beginning of the century the Ushiromiya family was a rich family with a huge amount of mills and properties. However this was all destroyed by the great Kanto earthquake in 1923, which also took the lives of the members of the main Ushiromiya family. The side families then decided that the Master, Kinzo Ushiromiya, was the one that should the next head of the Ushiromiya family and they entrusted him the task to revive the family and it's prosperity. The Master, through a series of miraculous victories in the market and his incredible sight for new opportnities accomplished and exeeded all of his elder's expectatives. However, there's the tale that this fortune was granted with the help of the golden witch Beatrice, from which the Master borrowed 20 tons of gold. The tale says that the Master used this gold to get his fortune back and that this gold is hidden somewhere in the island and the one that finds the gold will be the next head of the Ushiromiya family and the only owner of the gold.
There is also the rumor that Beatrice's spirit is in this house, punishing those that disrespect her.

-Well, -Answred Kumasawa- the weather report said that the typhoon will arrive at 18:00, knowing how bad the sea gets during a typhoon I can say that no one can enter or leave the island during the time that the typhoon is still here. Best case scenario: It could go away tomorrow. There's also the chance that we have to spend here two nights without going out. The hour now is 12:00.

-The lunch is ready -said Gohda.
Everyone headed towards the dining hall. The servants added a small table because the big one didn't have enough space for everyone because the extra people. Once everyone was in their seat Gohda started serving the first dish, it was just a simple dish that everyone could have made however, due to it's exquisite presentation and the delicacy that received the ingredients while being cooked made it look like it was a completely different dish. Of course the taste was also sublime, to most of the family it almost looked like Gohda used magic to prepare such a dish. Then after everyone in the family finished their respective dishes, Gohda started serving the second. This one was a more elaborated dish that required a lot of skill to get it properly done, however Gohda not only did achieve that level but he also modified the dish to make it even tastier, delighting everyone's palates. The conversation during dinner was a cheerful and relaxed one, everyone chatted with the people around them, making the usual joke or tease every now and then. They finally recieved the dessert, which was pumpkin cake as a reminder of the Halloween holyday. After everyone finished their dessert they continued chatting for a while.

Hour 15:00
The four cousins went to the beach with Shannon and Kannon while the seven adult members of the family went to the parlor. They needed to have an important discussion about some issues.
-First of all -started Rudolf- we have an important thing we must discuss about, don't we?
Everyone knew what was that thing, however no one wanted to make the first step in order to approach the matter. It was something unexpected for everyone in this parlor.

-That's if the letter's contents are true. Which I doubt. -interrupted Natsuhi- I don't believe that Father would invite guests without telling anything to anyone.
-Then why don't we ask him personally? -asked Eva- I think we should head towards his room and ask him about a lot of things that still don't have answer such as why he wants to protect us so badly.
-Because we're their family. -answered Natsuhi, starting to get angry- I don't see why someone would not want to protect their family.

-Uu! It seems like a small boat -said Maria.
-A boat? -asked George- Kumasawa, are we going to have more guests?
-Not that I knew about. -answered Kumasawa puzzled- I was told that there would be only four unexpected guests.
-So it seems that we have a fifth unexpected guest. -said Battler- The one in the boat probably went to sail, but now he can't return to Niijima before the typhoon arrives, so he must be heading towards the nearest port, which happens to be Rokkenjima's.
Once the boat arrived a person got out, his name was Rudolfo. After greeting him, the family discovered that the reason he was there was exactly the one Battler guessed.
-Wow, Battler you are good at guessing! -said Jessica surprised

-That's true -said George smiling- it seems some people never really change.
After that, the members of the group helped Kumasawa to tie up the boat with a rope that was there. Once finished, the group and Kumasawa started heading towards the mansion.

The typhoon arrives. It starts raining and the temperature starts getting really cold. The sea is very agitated.

After this Battler went to communicate the situation to his cousins. The cousins were a little sad because the change in their plans but they understood Battler's motives. After saying goodbye, the group of six went to the guesthouse while Battler headed towards a guest room in the second floor.

The family conference lasted all night. It had been a stormy night and no one who was in the parlor slept at all. Realizing the hour, they asked Gohda to prepare breakfast.

Rudolf went up the stairs and knocked the door of Battler's room.

Rudolf started heading towards the parlor. Once he arrived he saw that Hideyoshi was still on phone with a worried face without saying anything.

-It seems that the external line is no longer operative. -explained Hideyoshi- I've tried the internal line to call the guesthouse but nobody answered. So I asked Eva to go to the dining room so I can try the internal line.
After a moment Hideyoshi started dialing the dining room extension.

Now... If S/He killed them... How did S/He get into there?
It wasn't by gutters, nor rope, nor ladder, nor door.

The only thing I can think is:
The culprit get into "Waiting Room" or "One Ingot Room" and left by the window. Then, the culprit walked very carefully to Kinzo Room's window and get into there. (like those spy movie when a spy left by the window and walk until another one) This is different of "use the gutters", because gutters are on the roof.

The Culprit didn't necessary need to be in Kinzo's room to do a long-range attack. The Culprit is known by the 6 people, implying they could easily open Guest House door to him/her and the culprit killed them with:
Darts, stones, spear, another gun (you never said how many guns exist in Rokkenjima), glass (for example, throwing a bottle of alcohol drink), etc.

If you throw something at someone, this is considered as a long-range attack. If don't, then, please, give me or definition of "Long-range attack" and "Short-range attack".

This is only one combination, the main parts in the theory are that the accomplice helped the culprit into the study one way or another. Additionally I can tweak it to fit other scenarios easily, such as the culprit could have brought the rope and used it themselves, or they could have been outside the mansion, just they did it all before rosa's group left the mansion.

After Battler's group found the corpses of the guesthouse group, Rudolf told Kumasawa to explain the situation to the rest of the people.
