Black Witch Rosa, I challenge you to this final battle in my game. The rules are simple. You will get fifty blues to solve my game. (I will respond with fifty reds.) It's how many you gave Battler in yours, after all.

In addition, anyone may post their theories, if there are any lurkers that saw the whole game through. But, if they post, they will subtract yo your blue count. I think Anon was lurking, so he may back you up if he wishes.

Also, you have the right to make requests, and I have the right to refuse.

Let the games begin.

Alright another few requests before I use so more blues.

First, I would like to know if by the time the game ended. (Which would be when we jumped to the ending right?) If all the culprits were dead. I'm not requesting you give me a number, just a yes or no answer, to "Are all the culprits dead at the end of the game?"

Second request. The 1st twilight was committed by more than one person. 1 culprit, 1 accomplice, 1 culprit and 2 accomplices, 2 culprits etc. Once again I am just requesting a general yes or no answer.

Third. I would like to know if "Culprit used the window." theory for the first twilight even holds up.

After I hear you answers I'll make my next blue.

I'll be purposely selective to what I respond to.

At the end of the game, you, Erika, and Kinzo were alive. This takes place at the battle. If the game lasted longer, the island would have been destroyed in an explosion.

As for the second, I'll refuse.

Nobody removed any windows in the guest house during the course of this game. The bodies were not carried in through windows.

After Battler entered the detective's room, no bodies entered or left until you woke up.

This doesn't destroy your theory, but it forces you to explain.
>> No. 2311 edit
>>2310
Battler was drugged, the culprit put him to sleep while he was waiting for Kyrie and Rudolf to show up. The text even says he dozed off.

They removed the door and entered that way.
They went upstairs and put the corpses in the room.

Battler being still drugged didn't notice the corpses when he entered the pitch black room.

The noise he heard when he went back upstairs was the sound of the door being put back on.

It seems that you forgot one mystery-- the fourth twilight. Yes, Kinzo was alive, but he never broke any of Eva's seals. Eva had multiple seals placed.

At the time you and Erika were fighting over whether or not battler was the culprit, all of Eva's seals were in place.

Everyone alive except for Kinzo were in the kitchen.

And yet, there was no seal on the door when you arrived. Furthermore, only human interference could remove on of Eva's seals.

Blues fly across the room, hitting random spots. With your last blue, the room seems to explode in a flash.

The truth that you exist is allowed to stay.

When you come to your senses, you find yourself floating in darkness. You look around, and you can see Ange floating near you.

"I...I don't understand. Nanjo doesn't seem like a bad person, and I always remember Genji being kind. He would even do extra things without asking for a reward or even a thank you. Why would they do something like this?"

"It is most likely that Nanjo's clinc needed money, or someone he cared about was sick and needed money to be taken care of. And according to Kinzo's will he wasn't going to get any. It drove him over the edge.

Kyrie is the same, she wanted the money so she was going to kill the servants.

Genji was probably ordered by Kinzo to commit the crimes.

But that is just my guess."

"...I suppose. Money is what it all comes back to, isn't it? Still, even though that witch said she'd hand the win over to you, I wonder if she's really satisfied with this..."

---------------------

The short answer, of course, was no.

Bernkastel had banished Erika as deep into darkness as she could. She doubted that she could retrieve her if she wanted to. That thought went away quickly.

She realized her fatal flaw, of course. She had listened to others too much. If Bernkastel had just relied on herself and not bended the rules, she would most likely be the victor.

Therefore, she was creating one more idea-- a devious, cunning idea. She consulted Featherine about it earlier and had only received one message in response. " That sort of game...is only technically solvable."

It was enough. Before long, she would destroy Amy, and anyone that had helped her. She even had a name in mind: Survival of the Golden Witch.

Yeah I had a blast. It was a ton of fun. Sorry about the giving up though. I think the part where you said. "You did not find all the clues and stuff." Kind of messed me up, and I partly stopped thinking and then when we were talking and created the Kinzo theory, I just accepted it. Despite that I should have seen it doesn't work.

I apologize for that. I should have played better. Nonetheless I had a blast playing and solving it at the end.

I hope you enjoyed it as well.
