Andy knocked on my door last night and took me with him to his secret tunnel. He'd been digging it these past two days, with the shovel he'd been keeping inside his room. Of course, only he and I knew about this tunnel. It's our secret love tunnel.

So I went to the kitchen to make Andy a sandwich. He said he wanted a BLT, so I made it for him, so he could keep up his energy to work on the tunnel. On my way back I ran into Kai, who saw me.

I didn't realize until this morning that the tunnel could have been used to kill Hadaka, when I saw that sandwich near his dead body. I wanted to protect Andy as much as I could, but no longer."

Aurora had been lost in thought for some time, but then suddenly seemed to brighten. "Oh! I know how we can solve this! The whole thing! Mr. Bear, could I please get a pen and some paper?"

Kai was at attention once Andy shouted out. She had expected him to try and do something drastic... but luckily, he realized his mistake. Violence against Monokuma was prohibited. If he had gone to strike.... Kai swallowed bile. She had protected and guarded despots and murderers. And if Andy had attacked... she would've been forced to protect Monokuma. Since attacking him was against the rules, she would've protected Monokuma... and saved Andy's life.

The culprit confesses and everyone is shocked. They survived... but at what cost? Hearing her motive, the reasons she killed coming from her mouth... was that really the only reason she killed Hadaka? Before you can ask any questions Monozaki butts in.

"What a tricky trial! The culprit was fast on their feet to come up with something to throw you all off! Let's move onto the fun part now!"

Suddenly Mori vanishes as the floor opens up and she falls through.

BGM: Punishment Rocket

The curtains pull back and the walls surrounding you all fall down to reveal a pitch black nothingness until a shining spotlight turns on in the distance. There you see Mori now strapped to some sort of rail cart. The cart has a large rocket like nozzle on the back of it and it is slowly dripping water. More spotlights start to flash on and show more of the track. As they illuminate the path ahead you can see it leads into a giant tunnel. The structure is made out of giant wriggling metal thorny branches and have roses sprouting out of the top here and there. The sound of thorns clanging and grinding against one another emits from the tunnel and suddenly the nozzle on the cart comes to life and begins shooting water. The cart rushes forward through the tunnel and you see tiny splashes of blood splatter out and the thorns are painted pink. The cart comes rushing out of the other side with Mori still moving... until it slams into a giant spike like thorn in the middle of the track and impales her. The remaining water in the cart pushes it slowly further into the spike as her head lulls and falls down, smacking onto the metal.

I will need a few days to prepare the maps and stuff before the second round so it won't start until sometime next week. Going to say Tuesday or Wednesday for now. Also I'm going to message you some feedback questions for the first round.)

Aurora can't look away from the punishment as it happens. She stares, wide eyed and mouth open in shock, and lets out a little squeak at the end. Her legs wobble, and then give out beneath her. She falls on her knees and rump, and stares at her hands. They're trembling quite a lot.

"Sh...she's dead... I caused it. I caused her to die...to suffer like that..." Her eyes well with tears, but they do not fall. The shocked, uncomprehending expression does not leave her face. "We have to get out," she begins whispering. "We have to. Get out. Get out. We, we have to get out..." She stays like that, staring at her shaking hands, saying those words over and over.

Sadly... Kai accepted this reality far too quickly. Sometimes she hated that part of herself, but it was necessary for not only her own survival, but for those she was tasked to guard. And right now... she had to guard Aurora.

"Miss Aurora," Kai said with an uncharacteristically soft voice. She knelt down and rested a hand on Aurora's shaking shoulder. "Didn't I tell you to leave the worrying to me? If you must blame someone... then blame me. I am the one who spoke her name in the trial. Whatever happens, we will make it out of here. We will survive. And we will not be intimidated into trying to kill each other for no reason."

Kai stood back to her feet and lowered her cap's brim over one eye. A dangerous ferocity emanated from her. "Did you hear that?!" she belted out. "We will not be intimidated by this!!!"

Aurora looked up at Kai, standing defiant, and something within her finally broke.

She climbed up off her knees, using Kai's belt of all things as a handhold, then with a wail began to cry, streams of tears running from her eyes. She buried her face in her friend's mid-back, and let it all out.

Occasionally she would glance at the others still there, and no longer was there the calm light of compassion and friendship. Now there was just fear, deep and animalistic. Fear...and was there perhaps a little hatred as well?

Nao doesn't say anything. He is shocked. He expected the culprit to die but this was sick. This really was a game to someone. He was angry, but he couldn't muster the motivation... it was kill or be killed, right?

Everyone was... breaking. Kai felt every sob from Aurora like a shock of electricity, reminding her that she had a job to do as the Ultimate Bodyguard. She couldn't let this continue... especially with Andy.

"Andy," she said coldly, surprising herself at how calm her voice was. "There were two votes for you, and you said that all seven of us voted to Mori. That means... you voted for yourself."

She stiffened. "Are you saying we should have voted wrong... and all been killed? We're... no, you're not a bunch soulless monsters." Kai paused, looking guilty. "I may be, since I can still stand and think clearly after watching that, but I will do whatever it takes to make sure the rest of us survive this."

Monozaki pops back up as the walls return to their normal state and everyone is back into the familiar trial area. Although everyone is shocked it doesn't seem like he cares just like usual.

"Well that's that! The day is about to end so head back to your rooms now."

Eventually everyone is ushered out and right before the elevator closes Monozaki speaks up, "Oh right, some of you have already got some BP! Good job! If you gather enough then you might level up! Whatever that means."

The doors shut and everyone solemnly rides back to the top and returns in time to sleep, thus ending the day.
