Not losing his composure, Phoenix watched Julius howl at Monokuma and smiled. However, it was obvious this wasn't Phoenix's usual smile. It seemed as if he was trying to imitate Julius signature Cheshire smile. Yes, try, since his imitation was horrible. Eventually he gave up on it and started to laugh. Why not? Since he clearly knew he didn't kill Kaiji.

As much as Phoenix was amused in watching Julius go mad, he tiptoed up to Bessie. Then, without hesitation, leaped onto Bessie’s back and sat on her as if she was his noble steed. He then whispered into her ear, asking if she had any last things to say before they died at the hands of Monokuma.

Thomas gets out some of the snacks he saved from before. If he was going to die here, at least he had an interesting spectacle to watch before his demise. And not on an empty stomach.

Julius sits back down in his wheelchair, grabbing his makeshift backpack. Readying to be executed.

I suddenly speak up for the first time in the trial.

"My apologies, but I've been hiding a crucial bit of information up until now."

The results show the old blood is from the fish. While it is old it is only slightly older then the rest of the blood. Probably less than an hour difference.

The blood on kaiji's hands are from himself. However using your skill there was also the same older blood from the fish found on the hand with his own blood spattered over top.

This is what actually went down

During the night Kaiji decided to off himself. That's right this was a suicide. However he wanted to make sure everyone had a hard time figuring it out. What a nice parting gift!

He purposely ate a bunch of the veggies knowing full well it would poison him. He then took a fish from the kitchen and made an cut with a knife in order to plant the poison veggies inside. Realising they had been washed he finds the fertilizer which was deadly and attempt to do the same actions.

He then went back to his room and made a gag out of the bed sheets. Using his own personal knife this time he created a few small cuts on his chest and used the blood to write on the walls. He then created cuts on his arms in order to deceive. He then stabs himself with the knife and dies.

And that is all she wrote! The culprit is Kaiji!
