From Pixiv's Facebook:
June 12th is Lover’s Day. In Brazil, the “Dia dos Namorados” (lit. "Lovers' Day", or "Boyfriends'/Girlfriends' Day") is celebrated on June 12th, probably because it is the day before Saint Anthony's day, known there as the marriage saint. Japan also celebrates today as Lover’s Day, thanks to the Brazilian custom even though Valentine’s Day is also celebrated. Lovers tend to give each other photos of each other along with flowers and other presents. It seems like regardless of what country they’re from, the habits and customs of people in love are all very similar. Lovers around the world can feel special today!
There's no chocolate, but some people probably is earning a car or something.
