I think I actually have two personalities. My normal personality is the one I normally always wear. This one hates seeing people suffering or in pain. And this could be considered my true personality.

However when I write, I don't wear that personality, or at least I don't think so. I'm very much a sadist when writing something. I think ways to hurt and torture the characters I'm writing about, and I enjoy writing such scenes. There is even a torture scene in my tea party for my fanep.

Well, not really. I don't like being awake when the sun is up however, so I came up with a half-assed schedule that would keep me up at night and asleep during the day. However given my current circumstances, that schedule's been flipped on its head for the third time in the past fortnight.

>>6557
Oh man, I know that feeling. Even worse is not wanting to get out of bed, but not being tired enough to actually go to sleep. You know, I actually spent four hours this morning just laying in bed staring blankly at the wall. Couldn't get back to sleep no matter how hard I tried.
Then I took my medication, and now that I've taken it I feel fantastic and not tired in the slightest, but it's so damn cold that I just want to crawl lazily back into bed - not because I'm tired or depressed, but simply because it's so comfortable and warm. I just can't seem to win no matter what I do, you know?

Hmmm.... It is hard writing this part... What would Natsuhi do in this situation... It is hard to imagine. Since I've just broken a huge point of her character in half.

What would she do.. if Krauss was cheating on her, or betraying her. Or at least she thought he was..

I feel that despite how at times she tries to act strong. Natsuhi is actually a very weak person. She tries her best to help Krauss and support him, and when something goes sour she takes it upon herself to try and fix it, if she can, or at least help. However she believes she has a certain place and she can't over step that line. She would do anything for Krauss, I feel. However throwing a curve ball like betrayal and cheating into things, would change her hold on reality greatly. Basically her whole world would shatter. Now the hard part is what would she do because of that. All happiness she had would almost be destroyed by this fact.

Now here is the thing does she decide to be the good little wife even when she thinks he husband doesn't want her. While yes I believe she would do this. I think that before that there would be a small moment of selfish thinking. Of her wanting just a little bit of happiness. Or something like this. Or rather maybe that term isn't what I mean, I guess I mean, more comfort.

There's actually a very interesting link between depression and sleep-related problems, which has to do with various things such as thought-processes, lowered emotions, lack of motivation, among other things. I actually know a fair bit about that kind of thing, but since I'm sure nobody here's interested in my ramblings I'll just leave it at that for now.

And at the moment I'm having way to much fun writing this scene to try and think of a trick for the 2nd twilight. I don't even have a trick ready for it. I only just got the idea that day, and then didn't have much time and had to scrap together something quick, was sick yesterday so I didn't have time to try and think up a trick.

Alright, I'll enlighten you. Also, am I really that sadistic? I mean if anything I'm more masochistic with some sadistic tendencies, but whatever.

You see, normally the "weak and pathetic" would be seen as masochists. While this is sometimes true, a lot of the time these kinds of people actually have repressed urges to inflict pain or suffering on others in order to stimulate themselves and/or make themselves feel better.
Despite sadism and masochism appearing to be complete opposites on the surface, the fact is there's actually a very narrow line separating the two. For this reason somebody who is a masochist might occasionally enjoy dominating others, and someone sadistic will sometimes take pleasure out of being abused or humiliated.
The reason for this is the brain linking the "need to atone for one's mistakes" with the "need to assert dominance or control" over others. A person who enjoys being abused will tend to see it as befitting of them, perhaps to atone for past mistakes or the feeling they need to make something up to someone (or occasionally, themselves). Others derive sexual pleasure or stimulation from it. On the other hand, those who enjoy being in the dominant position often feel a need to assert themselves over others perhaps to make up for the fact that they, themselves, are often forced to play the submissive roll in their day-to-day life. To make themselves feel stronger than they actually are, they might enjoy being in a position of power over other people for self-gratification or sexual pleasure.

In conclusion, someone sadistic may also share many masochistic traits, while someone masochistic may also share many sadistic traits. Masochists may be strong people who want to experience what they consider the "pleasurable" experience of being in a submissive position, while sadists may be apparently weak people (either physically or emotionally) who enjoy experiencing brief moments of dominance or control.

So much writing, I don't have all day you know!

I understand, but both are pathetic. The need for masochism and the need for sadism both stem from sad and pathetic needs; atonement for something they perceive they need, or the need to dominate others due to what happened to themselves in the past or a low self-ego. Both are interchangeably sad for different reasons, but I just mentioned Sadism.

Anyway you probably ARE more masochistic, but as you said they are very closely linked, so I wouldn't deny you being a sadist either, nya.

Ah, right. I thought you were just complaining about me typing up so much again, as I tend to do when I start talking about these kinds of things.
Basically I find it ironic because masochism is often perceived as being more "pathetic" what with masochists feeling the desire to be dominated, when in actuality it's the sadists who are more pathetic lusting for a position of superficial power or control over others.
