Witch-hunt now translates it as "Belpha," that's strange. I don't think they always did it. Nonetheless, what they are translating is ベルフェ, which is "Berufe" in romaji, which is Nipponese for Belfe or Belphe.
The Japanese romaji "e" is not pronounced the way the name of the letter "e" is in English. That's more similar to ベルフィ or "Berufi" in romaji. ルフェ is pronounced more like "Behrupheh".
I still don't see why they'd translate it to Belpha. I guess it's closer, but it's still not quite it.
