Don't worry about ruining characters. It's just easier to have a face to slap onto a name, is all.
When one is first born, identity comes from face recognition, so using sprites is no different.
People just want to be remembered a bit more vividly.

In any case, don't go feeling you guys need to stay here or leave here. /seacats/ is a place of leisure and friendship. It has well outgrow from just a gaming room with chairs for the spectators.

If you ask me, /seacats/ has grown and matured to something much more precious.
And even if it's 'not ever the same,' a lot of us, if not all of us care for this place.
Why? Because if you feel something, whether it is being hurt by a poster, getting excited over a game, or feeling like you need to leave, in the end, it means you still cared for this place.

So I'm glad every single one of you guys came here, even if it was just for a split second now, or months and months of constant posting back then.
Because it's every single one of us that makes up /seacats/...

Since our sprites were leaked by a chinese group working in a PS3 patch we are guarding the CGs and Backgrounds.
