I've only read Matsuri's route so I can't comment on the rest. It's basically a yandere-fest. MC wakes up in purgatory or somewhere and Angel girl on the extreme right offers to bring him back to the past to identify the culprit. Depending on the route, you either get happy ending with one of the aforementioned girls or die because dead love forever.

Well, I throw one of the worries out there then.

I spend a lot of time at seacats and making games and stuff for seacats, and I spent a lot of time writing fanfiction. Now I enjoy doing these things, but it really does not help improve my goal of becoming a novelist, a much better use of all my time would be to just keep writing novels and sending them off to publishers and try to get published.

I know my parents and grandmother don't like that I spent so much time doing fanfiction related things.

But just today I overheard them talking, and saying, that I was wasting all my time and energy on it, and being completely foolish. And that I should give up doing such actions.

Well they are right, it would be a much better use of my time to write novels and go being published, for fanfiction won't get my published, so I should focus on original stuff so I can be published, and drop fanfiction and spend less time around fanfiction-y things. Though I really like making gameboards and writing fanfiction, so I don't want to give it up, and I like coming to seacats so I don't really want to stop coming.

I think writing fanfiction is good, but only in moderation. For my Umineko fangames, I stopped after the 4th one, because that was all of the story I wanted to tell.

But thinking about it does remind me of how, in the past, I used to make a bunch of Mario fangames that went nowhere. I don't think I wasted my time with them, because I did have fun creating them (even if they were filled with bugs).

I have always been the kind of person to say "do what you enjoy doing", anyway.
