Um, Yagi's not adjacent anymore. The first thing Wiseman did after Yagi attacked him was use his reaction power to slide Yagi out of reach and into a very bad place for melee characters to be (1 square away and prone). Then he attacked Yagi with his double hitter to slide him some more (it's one power, so the wording lets it do that). He spent an AP and did the same to Rock, whose defenses were low enough that it'd be about the same as attacking a defender, flew up, then attacked Lia's will with his minor, which was also very low. Lia's very accurate attack hit Yagi for a significant amount of damage and slid him even more (because at-will).
I took into account the weakening effect, the slowing effect, and the -7 penalty to rolls against everyone but Yagi. I used the dice roller, and the results were high enough to hit each time and do a fair amount of damage.
I'm upset, too. But I did this one by the book. I already said I'd stop messing with the rolls and wouldn't rig things in your favor, but that doesn't mean I'm rigging things against you, either. It's just dumb luck.
