I don't even know why Wanko has so goddamn many sprites. Even the other main girls only have ~1,700 to ~2,500 max. As a side-note, the game has about 16,500 sprites total.
Kyojin's one of my favourite characters as well, besides Capt, Jun and the Prime Minister. Assembling the sprites is easy enough for some characters, it's just time-consuming. But then it's not like I'm doing anything else with that time, anyway.

Besides the voice cast, the music is awesome as well. And the humor is over-the-top and hilarious, and some of the fight scenes are face-meltingly amazing (Wakamoto Prime Minister versus Robo-Lelouch, FUCK YEAH).

Funnily enough, the "main" girl is actually Momoyo with 2,550 sprites. Her route is the one that just got translated, which I'll be reading later today, but it's still not the "True Route" apparently. I guess the translators will be leaving the true end for last, or something.

I'm aware that other classes have redundant ability score combos, but I dislike Dex/Int the most. Not sure why, maybe it's because I feel that even if you dump your AC by going Str/Con or Wis/Cha, you can make up for it with heavy armor, but it's harder to make up for a low Fort/Will. Then again, I guess such classes will always have two low defenses. Dex/Int has a nice skill list, at least.

Though a few comments:
1. Having all (but one) of the Encounter 1 powers being area burst may be effective, but it's kind of boring.
2. How are you determining the logic for which attacks are Weapon and which attacks are Implement? I can't really tell by looking.

If it fires a bolt, it's a weapon attack. If it uses a bomb, crystal, cylinder or otherwise, it's an implement (where the crossbow is used to launch the container).

As for them all being bursts, well, I figured it's a Controller, so they'd want to attack groups. I suppose a weaken until end of turn or something is possible for just Ranged Weapon or something.
