Creare crossed the line and has to be dealt with and the only way to ensure the situation is handled correctly is this method which will affect me greatly. I am a little scared by the whole idea.

We have a certain set of rules, they are the bare minimum standards that ensure we can function seamlessly, when one of those rules are broken it is considered a serious issue. Creare broke a large number of those rules on purpose, the fact that I made it back to my home is a extremely fortunate but having to get in contact with Mutare in a public street is unacceptable.
The only suitable solution is too attempt to reintegrate myself and him assuming that such a thing is possible.

Reintegrating personalities can indeed be done, but it's not a simple matter to say the least. The method also varies from person to person, and the results aren't all that predictable. With two personalities - in theory anyway - it's easy enough, though with three or more it can occasionally prove somewhat problematic.

One of the main issues is that the dominant "personality" may feel some repercussions. Psychologically speaking, it's not unlike removing a limb, I suppose. It takes a lot of getting used to, and the process is usually long and slow. Sometimes if the strain is too great, the dominant personality can break down completely and cause all kinds of mental problems. Other times it can go perfectly smoothly and the end result is a completely new person entirely.
Usually such measures aren't necessary. Only under extreme circumstances should such a method be taken, though it seems your situation has apparently reached this point already. I don't know all that much about the situation myself, so all I can do is provide a little information and a small warning that it's not easy. The important thing to remember is that the other selves aren't being "removed", they are being "accepted". Two halves become a whole. Three thirds complete the circle. It's like joining the dots, I suppose.

While it may not be possible to keep all of them, there's a way to at least keep the important ones. Try keeping a sort of diary, record all the important things in that. Get into a habit of doing that whenever you can, and record everything that comes into your head. Don't just record what you want to - that can hinder reintegration, because the personality becomes more aware of him/herself that way. Write only what you can, and as much as you feel necessary. It might just be a couple of lines, or it could be 40 pages' worth. That's all up to you.

Of course you're free to do whatever you want, this is simply a suggestion of mine. But it might be worth a shot at least, don't you think?

That would be the normal circumstance, this isn't that circumstance. Creare (The third) isn't being reintegrated with Mutare (the original), he's being reintegrated to myself (the secondary).
Mutare and I are already capable of reintegrating easily, as we can communicate directly and separate easily with only a minor headache as a repercussion.

The situation, that I am dealing with is reintegrating myself (The secondary) with Creare (The third), in doing so reintegrating two 'created' personalities without affecting the original.

The name I was born with is Empathy, however Mutare gave me the name Emmi as a shorter name more human name. I consider myself female, I am 10 years old.
The logical reason for my birth is consistent child abuse from people Mutare was close too.
My personalty derives from three major things. The first is Mutare's hatred of himself and the concept that if he was the opposite of the person he was things might've been different.
The second is that Mutare's inability to cope things emotionally. Mutare had already suffered at least 5 years of abuse prior to my existence had grown used to things physically.
Finally I believe the reason I am female is due the fact that Mutare's sister was only ever attacked a couple of times and given special treatment by Mutare's mother.
I believe those three factors are the reason I exist.

During the 5 year period of abuse that followed my birth, Mutare and I became very competent at working together and Mutare developed the ability to manifest my consciousness whilst his is still active, which is something both of us are very proud of.

The people responsible for his abuse have all left, as Mutare is now an adult. As I helped him get through this part of his life, he believes that I am entitled to enjoy my life just as he is.

Creare almost killed us. He knocked himself out in a place, that I was unfamiliar with and left a note in our pocket leading to me to believe it was a joke aimed at Mutare, not just that I have reason to believe he had been drinking.
As I am very sensitive to touch you can imagine that this was quite a bad situation for me. I was forced to call Mutare in my place so he could fix us up and return us home safely, he also did me the favor of cleaning us up and wrote me a note explaining things.
Mutare believes his intention was suicide, I personally don't wish to believe it, but Creare comes from the old Mutare and Mutare did try something very similar.
If he wants to die, so be it. I'm tired of his selfishness anyway. I've tried to help him, he's had more than enough chances to feel included and all he does is betray us. Besides he is all that remains of the old unhappy Mutare, if I can remove him, it would be like laying Mutare's past to rest so we can continue to move on.
