Though since his AoE heal is based on a % of his HP it's probably best left at level 1 until later on. Guardian Wings and Retribution are definitely the more potent skills early in the game. ...Though looking at it, leveling the heal reduces the cooldown by 2/3rds... that's pretty nice, though you still probably won't have the mana to spam it early on.

A nice tip for the new fayde change, if you need a bunch of mana (but have enough for cull), and you walk past a bunch of mana using neutrals or kongor, it should give you a pretty good gain back on mana.
