The illustration's not as good as I hope, but the advice is hard to illustrate since my knowledge of specific anatomy isn't that great. Basically, close your eyes and press your thumbs to the top of your eye sockets (the bony part, not your eyes themselves), the part where they meet the bridge of your nose. Press firmly there for a few seconds to release a flood of endorphins that will dull the pain for a bit.
