Bernkastel (Arcana): This spiritual manifestation is a remnant of Asgorath. When it appears, you feel a strange resonance within you, and somehow you innately understand what it does because of your connection to the spirit realm.
This is merely a remnant of Asgorath--it represents the barest fraction of the power represented by the being that calls itself the World-Shaper. You suspect that it is limited to manifesting as such because of its weakened state; its body still lies broken and dormant on this plane (it is a level 15 solo controller). Though it can only manifest a fragment of its total power, it still retains quite a bit of power from being worshipped as a greater deity by dragons for aeons (Asgorath has the following traits: Divine action means the remnant rolls initiative twice and acts on both initiative counts. Providence means the remnant does not provoke opportunity attacks and cannot be blinded, dazed, deafened, dominated, immobilized, petrified, knocked prone, restrained, slowed, stunned, surprised, or weakened, and it ignores penalties to attack rolls, damage rolls, defenses, and saving throws. Creatures level 21 or higher ignore its providence. Outer Turmoil means any creature that attempts to traverse Asgorath's body while the remnant has 1 or more hit points takes 20 damage for every square it moves). Interestingly, you can sense that it possesses power similar to the Fell King's--and those dead fell dragon corpses on this platform are very familiar (infuse spirit means when the remnant falls below a certain hit point threshold, it will first raise a fellrime dragon and teleport it to a space within 5 squares of the remnant. It will again do this after being bloodied, raising the fellstorm dragon. This requires no action, and as long as the fell dragon has 1 or more hit points, the remnant is immune to all damage. When the fell dragon first drops to 0 or fewer hit points, the remnant takes damage equal to the total damage dealt to that fell dragon. The fell dragon acts on its own initiative count). The fellstorm dragon and fellrime dragon are the exact same monsters you fought in the Fell Keep.
The remnant of Asgorath will constantly barrage you with elemental energy. You must endure lightning strikes (admonishment is its ranged basic at-will attack, which targets 1, 2, or 3 creatures with a vs. Reflex attack that deals lightning damage on a hit), globs of acid (disdain is an at-will area burst 1 within 20 attack vs. Reflex, which hits for acid damage on a hit, and the target takes a -4 penalty to all defenses (save ends). On a miss, the creature takes half damage and only a -2 penalty to all defenses (save ends)), freezing blasts (condescension is an area burst 2 within 20 attack that recharges on a 5/6, dealing cold damage and immobilizing on a hit with its vs Fortitude attack. It creates a zone of difficult terrain, and any creature that enters the zone or begins its turn within takes 10 cold damage and is slowed until the end of its next turn. The zone lasts 1 round), and circles of flame (antipathy is an area burst 1 within 20 attack vs. Reflex, recharges on a 6, dealing fire damage and inflicting vulnerable 10 fire on a hit. In 1 round, the attack is repeated in a burst 3 with the same origin point, but creatures within a burst 1 of the origin are not affected. One round later, the attack is repeated in a burst 5 with the same origin point, but creatures within a burst 3 of the origin are not affected). Finally, when it is wounded, it will unleash an enormous blast of radiant power (as a free action, when bloodied, the remnant uses animadversion, which is a close burst 20 attack that attacks your lowest defense, dealing a large amount of radiant damage on a hit and half damage on a miss).
The remnant is highly resistant to dragon-related elemental damage and sees through invisibility and illusions effortlessly (the remnant is immune to poison and disease, and has resist 10 to fire, lightning, cold, and acid damage. It has truesight 60). It can also re-manifest itself anywhere near its own body with some effort (as a standard action, the remnant can use manifestation to teleport to any space within 20 squares of Asgorath's body. It can hover and has a fly speed of 10).
