Sureiya 40/65 HP
Yalko 36/48 HP

Aghanim has full HP, only two griffons are slightly hurt, and the rest are good to go.
Ok, riris only used inspiring word once, so she can use it again.

I was assuming short rests could be taken if the griffons were lead slowly, but I guess that's too involved.

Some people who are close to full HP may be able to be healed to full or close enough by the battle standard if other people spend surges. The standard heals people for a certain amount for each surge spent in the range.

Try to get the short rest shennanigans sorted out soon, guys. It's time you met the refugees and started the floating desert island adventure.

To finish the short rest, Samel should spend a healing surge and Aghanim should use his last use of inspiring word on Torinn.

Heal is a Wisdom-based skill like Insight and Perception ok. In your case, I think it's a 1d20+14, but people can Aid Another for another +2 or so.

Alright, because of the golem we choose to kill first, and from bern's analysis, the best point to use our damage burst is during the time three or two golems are alive. However, as it seems not all of their abilities cause damage I propose we dispose of the third golem as soon as possible. Still not sure which one to kill first though.

My surge value shouldn't be halved anymore. Since I got healed.
