Whatever it's just a piece anyway.
Maasaki was killed by inhaling carbon monoxide. Yukari was also killed that way assuming the bruises didn't kill her first. Once they entered the room the gas was leaking out and after the door was locked from the inside a simple flick of the lighter would set the room a blaze.

The room was set up before Marie had died. The portrait was painted before and the blood was taking from a day when Marie had her blood being tested. The door was locked before I even gained possession of all the keys.

Not to mention only her blood was found since you keep neglecting to mention anything of her actual body. An opening or crack could have transported the blood into the room.

Not to mention the main part is that you think that would deny my theory. Using the same methods the closed room could have been created while Marie was still alive.

Renoir pulls out a paintbrush from inside his coat, pointing it at Ozaki. Suddenly a swarm of portraits come flying at him faster than he can react. Most zoom straight past, but one makes a direct hit on his right leg, slicing it off!

Renoir whips his paintbrush around again, and the leg comes flying toward him. Ozaki falls to the ground, supporting himself with his remaining arm.

Here I thought you were just going to stand around for the whodunit. I had forgotten about my own death. Let's try out the simplest answer.

Ozaki was murdered. He was killed by one of the 16 humans who had come to the club meeting. They faked their own death using a real corpse. Similar to how I used Takeshi's corpse in order to fake mine.

Kanamori did not fake his death.
Aya did not fake her death.
Midori did not fake her death.
Reiko did not fake her death.
Yuuki did not fake his death.
Shuichi did not fake his death.
The Nurse did not fake her death.
Takeshi did not fake his death.
Yoko did not fake her death.
Yukari did not fake her death.
Masaaki did not fake his death.
Michiru did not fake her death.
Tomoko did not fake her death.
Hikaru did not fake his death.
Marie did not fake her death.

And Ozaki did indeed fake his death.

That amounts to 16 people. All dead.

The culprit faked their death alright. However they are not on that list. They faked their death before I even arrived. They then took the place of one of 16 names you just listed off.

The motive is revenge. Everyone knew about what was going on with Kinjo and Maria but they just let it be until she took action herself. She decided to get revenge on everyone who she felt had wronged her. Both the people who bullied her and the ones who simply ignored the incident. This is why I was left to the end because I had yet to do anything mean to her.

That answer is mostly correct.

The game is over. Maria is the culprit, and she killed everyone to redeem Kinjo's name. There was more to the backstory that Ozaki didn't say, but this was close enough.

As you can expect I'll be making this into VN format as well. It might take a while, though.

The winner is Ozaki. But I have redeemed my name. I still have to post every Sunday, though, for 3 months.
