Some sort of tricky wordplay is being used here. Perhaps the doors are in series and the culprit is not necessarily in the room but is between the 2 doors or something.

Regardless, Once the victim was stabbed he never moved again. However the body is longer in the room.

There is an opening in the room, whether of not it's locked something can get into the room from the outside thus killing the target.

The object that caused death was not outside the room. As for openings I'll just say that there did not exist any opening prior to the death.

The culprit manipulated something inside the room so that it would lock the door, perhaps the body being moved via string, etc, to lock the door from the inside. After that maybe there was enough of a gap in the door to slip a body through since you could kind of contort it a little bit more than a normal person could do to their body, what with the being dead and all.

Then something occurred to cause the space in which the room existed to change, like most/all of the room moving due to an earthquake, etc. so that the victim didnt move out of the room but the room moved away from the victim!

The culprit collapsed the whole room squishing the victim under all the rubble.!

Incorrect, it was the door. The door flew in the victim, killing him. The culprit blew the door open using a concoction of acids and bases in a bucket.

Anyway here is what happened for mine.

The victim was hanging in an elevator, tied up by a rope leading out the top of the elevator. You know, the small trap door. Anyway, the victim gets stabbed and then closes the door. The plan was for it to seem like an accident and the body was to fall down to the ground with the elevator, but the rope tied to the wrong place. So when the cables were cut the 'room' moved, while the body did not. Then inevitably when the elevator did hit the ground the doors were 'sealed' by the impact.

Mine was a little odd this time.
