Due to my "Perfect" grammar the Story is going to be a resume (for respect to Native english speaking people).........

like my previous games we will use Red
Green and Blue.

Afternoon of the day before First day:

6:00 the /Seacats/ are having a quiet usual Afternoon.
6:15 Rena starts to Stalk and Chase Astaroth again.
6:18 Rena Manages to Force Astaroth to crossdress
6:19 Rena's "joke" gets out of hand
6:20 Due To Similar incidents with Astaroth and Rena.Rena is going to be banned.
6:21 Rena shuts herself in her Room.
6:00am-5:00am The afternoon and the night continue to Normal.

The First Day
10:00am George tells everyone at /Seacats/ that Someone messed with the Server
10:15am Lambda tells Illya and Fujimura to help her organizing the rooms in which all of them are going to sleep.
10:20am Lambda Illya and Fujimura decides that the boys would sleep in /Gameboard/ and the girls are going to sleep on Shion and Rin's room (Limbo).(Astaroth is not happy to sleep with George hehehe)
12:00am The Lunch takes place......
12:10am George declares the date where Rena must abandon the Seacats Mansion.
12:20am Everyone notices she is still on her room.
Zepar and Furfur says that its her fault for not controlling herself
12:30am-9:00am (Lol Filler Space).

9:00am-Everyone wakes up.......
9:15- everyone notices six persons are missing...
9:30-...They found them..........Dead

The victims for this Twilight were : Rin , Anon ,Vaadi ,Meta ,Illya and Lucifer.
they were found in /archive/.

Obviously the persons I mentioned.

closed.
Naturally no secret passages exist
and The Killer never left the room.
and the Culprit didnt kill anyone.

This gameboard in some way mirrors episode 3 of Umineko.

Your saying Watanagashi as a hint. I can only assume that there is something with the names still since you said it can be solved with only the beginning red. Twins or something.
